If you do not qualify for Medicaid or Dual Special Needs Plans, the Exchange Plans may be right for you. We have plan choices in all three metal levels - bronze, silver and gold. Our friendly and experienced team can help with any questions. 


UnitedHealthcare Mobile App

This free mobile app will allow you to access key information on the go. You can search for nearby doctors, view your member handbook or view your member ID card. 

The UnitedHealthcare mobile app can be downloaded to an Apple® or Android® smartphone or tablet.

Exercising - and being active - is important in helping lose weight and maintain a healthy weight. Be sure to talk to your doctor or provider before starting any exercies or weight-loss program
